Many online resources are available off campus for use by current Emory faculty, staff, and students. This includes the many research databases and full text e-journals to which Emory subscribes. When connecting from off campus through another access provider, you will be prompted to enter your Emory Network ID and password. Your Network ID is the beginning part of your Eagle mail and/or LearnLink address (to the left of the @ sign). For most people, it is composed of letters that combine their first and/or middle initial with some portion of their last name. (This process is sometimes called "authentication.")
If you do not know your NetID and password, go to https://www.app.emory.edu/acm/getpassword.cfm or call 404.727.7777 during business hours.
Remote access is also available for a growing number of full-text books through Net Library and E-Books. E-books and Net Library are accessed using the Emory NetID and password in the same way that databases are. More information is available online.
For more technical information regarding remote access questions, please see the Emory Office of INformation Technology's VPN Access page.
Pitts Theology Library is pleased to offer remote full text access to ATLASerials for Candler School of Theology and Course of Study alumni. To receive the access information, please call the Development Office at 404.727.6352.
Please remember, resources licensed to Emory University are only for the educational use of current Emory students, faculty, and staff, subject to the terms of the individual contracts and contract law. Use for commercial purposes or systematic downloading, printing, saving, or distribution (in any format) of substantial portions of any of these resources is prohibited.
