Image Title: God’s Promise to Noah and Noah’s Drunkenness

Scripture Reference:

Description: As Noah and his family gather in worship after the flood, God places a rainbow in the sky as a sign of his pledge to never again destroy the earth by flood. Also, Ham dishonors Noah by pointing out his nakedness, but Shem and Japheth cover their father with a sheet. The artist, Virgil Solis (1514-1562), has placed his monogram in the lower right corner of the woodcut.
