Description: After the flood Noah offers a sacrifice from all the living things to God. God places a rainbow in the sky as a sign of his pledge to never again destroy the earth by flood. The initials of the artist or engraver (LG) have been placed in the lower left corner. The panel to the left depicts Jacob wrestling with the angel of God, while that on the right shows Jacob buying Esau’s birthright for a bowl of stew.
