Description: The printer's device of Henrick van Haestens (sometimes spelled van Hastens), was active in Leuven 1622-1629. It features a winged tortoise and the motto CUNCTANDO PROPERO ("speed delays") or something along the lines of 'I slowly hasten (myself). This 'hasten' was a play on the printer's own name 'van Hastens'.
