Description: This image depicts Peter defending the healing of the paralytic by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. To the bottom-right the Pharisee Gamaliel suggests leaving Jesus’ disciples alone. On the wall to the left Stephen is brought before the council. In the top-left corner Peter confronts Sapphira about selling the field, as the body of her husband Ananias is taken out. At the top in the middle Stephen is stoned to death. In the top-right corner people bring those needing healing out so that they may fall in Peter’s shadow as he passes by and be healed. At the bottom the apostles are flogged for teaching the gospel.
