Description: Upon the opening of the seventh seal, angels are given seven trumpets, while another pours out a golden censor upon the earth. The judgments of the first four trumpets are seen below. Includes the monogram of the woodcutter, Christoffel van Sichem II (1577-1658); his son, Christoffel van Sichem III (1618-1659), may have collaborated with him on these images, the monogram of Albrecht Dürer (1471-1528), and an engraver’s knife in the bottom left corner.
