All interested people are invited to join us in the Durham Reading Room of Pitts Theology Library this Thursday evening, March 7 for an engaging and informative lecture. Peter Mercer-Taylor, Associate Professor of Musicology and the Director of Graduate Studies of the School of Music at the University of Minnesota, will speak on ways some of the most important European composers have found a place in American hymnody.
