The Euclid interface to the library catalogs was upgraded during the semester break. All of the functions related to searching for items are still available, although most are in different places on the screen. The most notable change on the basic page is that the “Search Everything” button has been replaced by a “word or phrase” button. The link to what used to be called “Complex Search” is now “Advanced Search,” although it has the same features and functions.
Two cool features have been added to the individual item records to help you retain call number and title information. On the lower left of each record, there is a telephone icon that can be clicked so that you can text/SMS the call number to your phone. Next to the phone icon is a QR code icon, so that you can scan the code with your smart phone to save the record information.
