          A classic work on the principles and processes of writing research papers.  The bibliographic essay at the end of the 

          book will provide you additional resource on specific topic. The authors are distinguished professors of English. 

Eviatar Zerubavel. The clockwork muse : a practical guide to writing theses, dissertations, and books.

        Cambridge, Mass.; London: Harvard University Press, 1999.

          A practical and inspiring account of the successful "slow and steady" approach adopted by many of history's

          greatest writers. Zerubavel-type advice has supported the completion of many a writing project.
